Corey Rose is an American Edward R. Murrow and three-time Emmy award-winning anchor and reporter who is currently working at 9News/KUSA in Denver, Colorado. She serves as a morning news anchor at the station. In addition, she joined the 9News news team in January 2010.

Previously, she worked in Casper, Wyoming for a period of two years and served as a weekday and evening anchor and producer. She also did serve as an Assistant News Director. Southern California is her native home. she attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she graduated Cum Laude with a major in broadcast journalism and a minor in health and physical education. She began her journalism career behind the camera in Studio City, California.
Furthermore, she also did work at KCBS/KCAL where she began as a production assistant and worked her way up to the assignment desk within a period of one year. In the year 2011, she won the prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award for the best sports-news story.
In addition, she volunteers in a number of local charities inclusive of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Furthermore, in honor and memory of her father who passed away in 2010 from Leukemia, she hosts a benefit concert, sponsored by 9NEWS annually. During her downtime, she enjoys engaging in outdoor activities, skiing, traveling, and sports.
