Chris Lambert Biography

Chris Lambert is an American meteorologist working at 7NEWS where he serves as a weekday morning meteorologist. He joined the 7NEWS team in March 2010, after previously working at WBBH-TV/ NBC 2 where he served as a meteorologist. 

Westwood, Massachusetts is his native home and he has always been fascinated by the New England weather ever since he was young. While he grew up, he enjoyed watching the Weather Channel and for his younger brother, it meant that they would watch the local on the 8’s and not the Ninja Turtles. In addition, he attended Penn State University where he graduated in 2003, with a degree in meteorology. Later on, he was able to secure a job at AccuWeather where he served as a meteorologist.

He has also worked in Bangor, Maine, and not long ago, he worked in Fort Myers, Florida. Lambert. He has also earned the CBM seal that he carries back to Boston as he looks forward to the challenges that New England weather brings. During his leisure time, he can be found at the edge of his seat watching a Pats or Sox game, on a golf course, and at the gym.
