Carly Mascitti is an American Emmy nominated sports anchor and reporter who is currently working at WHEC-TV. She joined the News10NBC team in September 2019, serving as a sports anchor and reporter.

Her broadcasting career began in Panama City, Florida where she worked at WMBB-TV  since January 2017, serving as a news reporter. After serving as a reporter for three months, she then shifted to sport and during this time, she did cover high school athletics, JUCO, Florida State, and the University of Florida.

Furthermore, when the category 5 storm hit the Florida Panhandle in October 2018, she was part of the station’s Hurricane Michael coverage. In addition to being the only local reporter to interview President Donald Trump in his first visit to evaluate the destruction.

She worked in Los Angeles on NBC’s The Voice in the casting and contestant departments before she relocated to Florida. Prior to coordinating production, writing, directing commercials, and acting in YouTube productions, with millions of views.

Philadelphia is her native home. She attended the Temple University where she graduated proudly in addition to nominated for three consecutive years for an Emmy award as an anchor and reporter while covering top Division-1 athletics.

She enjoys traveling and before she came to Western New York she has previously spent a number of months traveling in the United States, and Europe.
