Landaverde graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism in 2016. One of her greatest achievements was covering the story of Wi-Fi accessibility on the island as she traveled to Cuba, during the brief period when the travel ban was lifted as a student journalist. She then began her professional journalism career on Long Island as a photojournalist in September 2015. Then she moved on to Meredith Corporation, Springfield Massachusetts in 2019 as a multimedia journalist and producer.
After a year she was a weekend morning anchor and reporter where she helped launch an online news update in Spanish. Later on, she joined the Gray Television, Springfield Massachusetts Metropolitan Area news team in 2021 as an anchor and reporter. NBC Connecticut then hired her in July 2022 as a news reporter and here, she covers general assignments and some of the biggest stories in Connecticut as a bilingual reporter. In her downtime, she enjoys finding new adventures in Connecticut taking a walk or hike.
