Brandon Hudson is an American anchor and reporter working for FOX 2 as a reporter and co-anchor of the 11 am weekday newscast. He joined the FOX 2 team in November 2021, after previously working for NBCU.

Alabama is Hudson’s native home and he has resided all over the eastern part of the United States over the years. In 2002, he joined Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in communications and media studies in 2006. After having graduated, Brandon started his career at television stations in Burlington, Pittsburgh, Dothan, Vermont, Alabama, and Philadelphia. In addition, while he worked in Philly, he covered; Villanova men’s basketball championships, the Bill Cosby sexual assault trials, the Eagles Super Bowl season, and rapper Meek Mill’s prison release.

Furthermore, Hudson’s most meaningful work came in the year 2020, during the civil uprising in Philadelphia. Following George Floyd’s death, the week began with violent protests one weekend and concluded with one of the largest peace marches the next weekend. The pandemic created an opportunity to connect with the community and amplify the voices of the people.
