Bayan Wang is an American anchor and reporter who is currently working at Denver7. He joined the Denver7 team in June 2021 and serves as the weekend anchor and reporter at the station.
The Orange County is his native home and for two years he worked in the Bakersfield, California community with Denver7’s sister station as a weekend anchor and reporter before relocating to Colorado. While he was in Bakersfield, California, he primarily reported on local politics, public safety, and crime. Most notably, he has covered the 2020 disappearance of two toddler brothers, which has made the rounds in national headlines.
For his coverage of the disappearance of the two toddler brothers, he became a special guest on many national networks, including; the Black News Channel, Fox Nation’s Crime Stories with Nancy Grace, Court TV, and ABC News. In addition, he has also covered and the 7.1-magnitude earthquake in Ridgecrest in 2019, which was California’s largest earthquake in two decades.
