Arrianee LeBeau Biography
Arrianee LeBeau is an American Emmy award-winning anchor and reporter working for PIX 11 as the co-anchor of the 4 pm weekday newscast. She joined the PIX 11 newscast in January 2022, after previously working for KPHO.
Orange County, California is where LeBeau was brought up. She attended the University of California, Riverside where se graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Later on, she joined Syracuse University where she studied in its S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and earned a Master of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism.
Over the years, Arrianee has focused on race issues, enterprise, and breaking news. She has also covered a wide range of local and national stories. She has covered many stories and one of her favourite stories is the launch of the Heather Heyer foundation, which provides scholarships to students devoted to progressive change. In addition, the foundation was founded by Susan Bro, who is Heyer’s mother. In 2017, Heyer died in Charlottesville, Virginia. after a white supremacist plowed plowed his car to a group of counter-protesters.
Furthermore, Arrianee gained great military reporting experience in Norfolk, Virginia. She also reported severe weather including; hurricanes, monsoons, snow storms, and tropical storms. LeBeau is a mentor to journalism students and she served as an Adjunct Professor at Hampton University’s Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications in Hampton, Virginia.
In addition, she worked at KPHO/KTVK-TV in Phoenix, Arizona as an anchor and reporter before joining WPIX. In addition, she has also worked at KVAL-TV in Eugene, Oregon and at WVEC-TV in Norfolk, Virginia. During her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, dancing, attending fitness classes and mentoring.
