Anne Elise Parks is an American meteorologist who is best known for her time at CBS11 where she served as a morning meteorologist. Parks joined CBS11 in 2017, and her last day at the station was on September 9, 2022.

New Albany, Mississippi is her native home. She attended Mississippi State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience, with a major emphasis in Broadcast Meteorology and a minor in Communication. In addition, one of her memorable moments at her alma mater was being named the 2010 Homecoming Queen. Furthermore, while she was at Mississippi State University, she was part of the Great Plains Storm Chase team.
Before she joined the KTVT news team, she resided in St. Louis, Missouri where she worked at FOX 2 News. During her time at FOX 2, she served as a weekend morning meteorologist and co-anchor. While she worked at FOX 2, she was privileged to be named by St. Louis Magazine as the Best TV Meteorologist. In addition, her career started in Terre Haute, Indiana. While there, she worked at WTWO/WAWV news serving as a morning and midday meteorologist.
Over the years, she has gained experience with a number of weather extremes. She has covered a wide range of extreme weather from record-cold and snowy winters to tornado outbreaks. Furthermore, some of the most significant weather events she has covered include; the historic Christmas flooding in Missouri during December 2015, and the March 2, 2012, severe weather outbreak across Indiana.
Aside from being a meteorologist, she enjoys interviewing opportunities as her resume boasts interviews with Seth Meyers, Robin Roberts, Taylor Swift, and Faith Hill. Additionally, she did report live in 2013, from the CMA Awards red carpet ad this instantly became a career highlight. During her downtime, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and golden doodle, Murphy. Elise also enjoys supporting one of the local sports teams, taking a run down the Katy Trail, and delving into home design.
