Angelica Duria is an American anchor, host, and reporter who is currently working at WITI. She serves as the morning anchor and reporter at 4:30-10 a.m. for WakeUp News which airs at Fox6 and also anchors the 11 news at the station prior to also serving as the co-host of Real Milwaukee. In addition, she joined the FOX6 News team in October 2010.

Furthermore, she has served as the morning anchor of FOX6 Wakeup News for more than two years and during this time, she has covered a number of Wisconsin’s biggest news stories including; the Sikh Temple shooting, the Packers’ road to the Superbowl, the 2011 blizzard, and much political coverage, including the 2012 Presidential elections, the gubernatorial recall, and the weeks-long protests in Madison.
Most memorably, during the 2013 winter, she covered snowstorms when her “It’s snowing and IT SUCKS HERE” report went viral. Previously, she worked at KHBS/KHOG 40/29 News in Northwest Arkansas. Chicago is her birth home but later on, she was brought up in the western suburb of Elmwood Park. She attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she graduated Cum Laude in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism. In addition, she is also a proud member of the Asian American Journalists Association as she is a first-generation Filipino-American.
During her free time, she enjoys cheering on her “home” teams – da Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, and of course, her “Fighting Illini” alma mater! Furthermore, she also loves shopping for bargains, finding new places to eat, and traveling with her husband and daughter.
