Andrea Michaels is an American meteorologist working for FOX 43 as a weekday morning meteorologist at 4, 5, and 6 am. She joined the FOX 43 team in January 2013.
Since Michaels was 10 years old, she has loved the weather and everything involving it. She attended Penn State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Meteorology in 2009. After having graduated, Andrea worked in Binghamton, New York at television stations such as WBNG-TV and FOX40 WICZ-TV for three years. In addition, while Michaels was working in the area, she experienced severe weather, lake effect snow, snow storms, and more.
Michaels was brought up in a small suburb that us located just outside Philadelphia. During her childhood days, she would cheer on the Eagles, the Phillies, and the Penn State Nittany Lions! During her leisure time, she enjoys cooking for her family, and chasing around four rabbits with four very different personalities; Stormy Cocoa, Apollo Thunder, Oreo Doppler, and Maple Sky.
