Alix Kendall is an American Emmy award-winning anchor working for FOX 9 as a morning co-anchor of The Fox 9 Morning from 6 am to 9 am. She is also the host of The FOX 9 Morning Buzz which airs from 9 am to 10 am. In addition, she joined the FOX 9 team in July 1999.
Minneapolis is Kendall’s native home and over the years, she has worked in Albuquerque for KRQE-TV as an anchor and reporter, and for FOX 19 (WXIX-TV) in Cincinnati where she assisted in launching the morning show. Prior to working in television, Alix worked at 93.7 (KLXK-FM) in Minneapolis as a disc jockey and in Omaha at a number of stations such as KELN-FM. Furthermore, Alix has traveled extensively while doing voluntary work in South and Central America with Global Volunteers. During her free time, she enjoys playing the guitar, and screenwriting.
