Alexus Davila is an American reporter working for WJZ-TV as a morning reporter. She joined the WJZ family in September 2022.
New York is Davila’s native home and she attended the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications in 2018. Alexus is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists (NAHJ). Prior to graduating, Davila worked for UF Honors Prism Magazine as a writer. In addition, she also worked as a writer and reporter for UF Hispanic Communicators Association for almost a year. Furthermore, she interned at WESH 2 in Winterpark, Florida where she worked on the evening newscast at 4, 5, and 6 pm.

During her spare time, she enjoys traveling, binge-watching TV shows, eating at restaurants, and reading.
