Sarabia completed her high school at South Grand Prairie High School. Later, she enrolled at Texas State University, San Marcos, in 2007. She has a bachelor’s degree in Arts in Electronic Media. During her time at the University, she engaged in activities like the Student Foundation, G.A.M.M.A and Zeta Tau Alpha. She started her professional career in Television at Sinclair Broadcast Group.
Here, she was a Co-Host- Daytime @ Nine, she presented an hour-long lifestyle show alongside the host to keep the flow and energy of the program moving throughout the hour. Here she identified, researched, created and updated accurate traffic maps to report during live afternoon and evening newscasts.
