Ainsley Earhardt is an American anchor and reporter working for FOX News Channel as a television host alongside Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade. She joined the FOX News Channel team in 2007, after previously working for KENS-TV.

Earhardt received a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of South Carolina. In 2016, Earhardt became the co-host of FOX & Friends, the top morning show on cable news for 20 years running. As a co-host, she has held exclusive interviews with former First Lady Melania Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, Second Lady Karen Pence, and former President Donald Trump. Earhardt co-hosted the network’s coverage of Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022 most recently. She previously provided live coverage of Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee from London. Before coming to FOX & Friends First, she worked as a New York-based correspondent for FNC, covering high-profile news stories such as the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, the 8.0-magnitude earthquake in China, the arrest of kidnapper Ariel Castro in Cleveland, and the deadly 2013 EF5 tornado in Moore, Oklahoma.
