Kevin O’Donnell is an American sports anchor and reporter working for FOX 13 Tampa Bay as a weekend sports anchor. He joined the FOX 13 team in June 1998, as a sports producer, and later in November 1998, he was promoted to being sports anchor and reporter.
O’Donnell was born in Troy, New York, and later brought up in Manchester, Vermont. He attended the University of South Florida in Tampa where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. Kevin started his broadcasting career in 1987, at WTVT where he served as an intern. O’Donnell is a reporter, sports anchor, and producer at Fox 13 News Tampa Bay. In addition, he has won several awards, for his excellent work such as the Society of Professional Journalists Award and the Associated Press award for the best sports specialists, and the best sports reporting. He is a coach to his son’s little league team and tackles the football team.
