Nathan Tannenbaum Biography
Nathan Tannenbaum is an American weather and traffic anchor who is currently working at KLAS-TV where he serves as the morning traffic weather anchor. He joined the KLAS, Las Vegas news team in January 2017.
Since 1989, he has been a popular television and radio personality and has been named seven times in the Best of Las Vegas, Las Vegas Review-Journal’s reader’s poll as the Best TV Weathercaster. Over the years, he has also been known for his work with community organizations including small and large organizations in addition to having visited hundreds of school. In addition, he also serves as the host of a number of shows on VegasPBS (KLVX Channel 10) such as The CCSD Middle School Spelling Bee, The Science Bowl, and Varsity Quiz.
Prior to joining the KLAS team, he worked as VegasPBS where he served as the hos of Community Billboard.In November 2004, he joined KUNV-FM where he served as he host of Playing Favourites that aired on Wednesdays at 6 pm. He has also worked at KVVU From August 2006 to August 2016, and while he was there, he served as a fill in meteorologist.
For his education, Nathan studied from 1972 to 1975, at Terre Haute North Vigo High school where he earned his diploma. Later on, he joined the Metropolitan State University of Denver where he studied Journalism.
