NE-YO, also known as Shaffer Chimere Smith, and Smith finalized their divorce on Jan. 26, as per court documents from the Superior Court of Fulton County in Georgia’s Family Division. The judge granted a “total divorce,” and per their settlement, Smith will receive a one-time payment of $1.6 million, one of their shared Georgia homes, and $20,000 for moving costs. NE-YO will keep their 2022 Bentley Bentayga and pay Smith $150,000 for her own vehicle. For child support, she will receive $12,000 a month for their three children, along with school fees. Additionally, she will also get $5,000 a month in alimony for three years.
