Bishop’s passion for writing and public speaking developed during her upbringing, but it wasn’t until high school that she aspired to become a reporter, inspired by figures like Katie Couric and Erin Andrews. She became a multimedia journalist with the FOX21 News team in February 2015. Originally from Berryville, Arkansas, she graduated from Missouri State University in Springfield in 2014, majoring in Journalism with a minor in Communications. Her love for journalism deepened during her time at Missouri State, fueled by the guidance of professors and mentors at KY3’s Ozarks Sports Zone in Springfield.
Outside of reporting, she engages in various activities such as hiking, camping, floating, exercising, and spending time with her dogs. An avid sports fan, she passionately supports teams like the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Kansas City Chiefs.
