Carley Shimkus is an American anchor and host working for FOX NEWS as a co-host on FOX News Channel’s FOX & Friends First on weekdays at 5 AM/ET. She joined the FOX NEWS news team in 2009, after previously working for FOX Business Network.
Shimkus completed her education at Quinnipiac University, where she obtained a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Before her current position, she worked as a reporter for FOX News Headlines 24/7. In this capacity, she reported on a range of social media trends and entertainment news featured across the network’s programs, such as FOX & Friends and Mediabuzz. Additionally, she has taken on roles as a substitute anchor on FNC and a co-host for FOX Nation. Over her time with the network, she has co-hosted numerous network specials.
