Jenaé completed her undergraduate studies at Mercer University, earning a degree in Journalism and Spanish. While at the university, she held editorial roles at the Cluster newspaper and served as a program manager and anchor for the campus television station. Following her graduation, she obtained a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and worked as a civil litigator in Atlanta for three years.
