Bill Hemmer is an American Emmy-Award Winning anchor working for FOX NEWS as a co-anchor of FOX News Channel’s America’s Newsroom on weekdays, 9-11 AM/ET alongside Dana Perino. He joined the FOX news team in August 2005, after previously working for CNN.
Hemmer’s journey in broadcasting began during his senior year at Elder High School in Cincinnati. While there, he and a friend initiated a radio program, sparking his interest in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast journalism from Miami University, where he joined the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. In 2005, he joined Fox News, covering Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita. Over the years, he reported from various global locations, including war zones and major events.
