Bryan Wolfe Biography
Bryan Wolfe is an American businessman and co-owner of Wolfe Homes alongside his wife Kim Spradlin-Wolfe. He was also a co-host of Why The Heck Did I Buy This House? in 2021.
Wolfe joined The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2002, to study Actuarial Science and he earned his Bachelor of Science in the field in 2006. After having graduated from The University of Texas, Bryan worked for The United Services Automobile Association (USAA). While he was at USAA, he began as an actuary analyst a position he held for 5 years. In addition, he was later promoted to being a production manager a position he held for almost a year.
Furthermore, Bryan climbed up the ladder to hold the production management director position for 2 years. In November 2014, Wolfe was promoted to serving as the business planning and strategy director of the company, a position he held for close to 4 years. Furthermore, he was also promoted again in August 2018, to becoming the Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics a position he held till December 2021, when he left the company.

Wolfe and his wife Kim are depicted aiding distressed residents in Wolfe’s former San Antonio, Texas neighborhood in the renovation of their troublesome homes. The seven-episode show titled “Why Did I Purchase This House?” premiered on March 30, 2022, on HGTV. Over the past eight years, the couple acquired and refurbished four homes within proximity each situated within a five-mile radius of the others. Following the renovations, they subsequently put these homes on the market for sale.
