Stefan Holt is an American anchor working for NBC 5 as a weeknight anchor at 4 pm and 10 pm alongside Marion Brooks, and Allison Rosati.
Holt worked for WNBC-TV in New York where he served as the 4 pm anchor, before joining the NBC 5 news team. Before that, Stefan worked in Chicago at NBC 5 News as the anchor of Today alongside Zoraida Sambolin for almost 5 years. Holt is also an avid aviation enthusiast who is an important pilot and he often reports on the transportation safety and airline industry.
Chicago is Stefan’s native home and his childhood days were spent in Lincoln Park. Holt attended Pepperdine University in Malibu, California where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts inpolitical science. In addition, he also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcast telecommunications. In addition, Stefan is a recipient of a number of New York and Chicago Emmy awards. He was part of the team that covered the deadly 2019 police standoff in Jersey City, New Jersey for which he earned a national Edward R. Murrow Award.
